Challenge your brain with a jigsaw puzzle designed by an independent artist!   Our puzzles are made from premium 0.2" thick paper stock and include a semi-gloss coating on the top surface to make the image pop.   Puzzles are available in two different sizes, and each puzzle includes a puzzle box with the artwork printed on the top for safe storage when you're not puzzling.   The puzzle pieces are unique shapes.

Artist's Description

This is the Anticythera Mechanism which was discovered in the early 1900s in the wreck of an old ship off the Anticythera Channel to the north of the island of Crete. It dates from several hundreds of years before the birth of Christ and is thought to be some sort of ancient computer. Nowadays, it can be viewed at the Greek National Museum in Athens.

I was born in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and, after having spent the first part of my life there, I lived in England, France, Mexico and the United States. I have been drawing since I first could hold a pencil and creating art has been a compulsion ever since. Though I am self-taught, I have taken many painting courses over the years, mainly in order to learn the use of different media. I have studied pastel with Roz Hollander, PSA, for nine years. My favorite medium is colored pencils, but I also use watercolor, acrylic and pastel. I usually wind up mixing my media to achieve the results I want. My paintings are considered realistic, hence my preference for colored pencils with which the finest details can be rendered. I have...
